Hello I am Jamar Crow, MA, CASAC, CTIS, VAV, DBT-Cert, ACT-Cert, CBT-Cert, CMC, RJ-Cert I provide support to individuals with psychological disorders (SUD, SMI, ADHD, Bipolar, ASD, ODD, CD, APD), and challenges in emotional regulation, relationships, and daily functioning, often with co-occurring anxiety or trauma. By providing a safe, empathetic space for validation, practical coping strategies, and enhanced self-awareness.
