Jamara graduated with her undergraduate degree in Community Psychology at the University of Washington, and graduated with her master’s degree in Social Work from Simmons University. She has experience working with adults to address anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relational challenges, and chronic medical diagnoses. Jamara enjoys working with all adults from diverse backgrounds, and firmly believes in the importance of collaboration in the therapeutic relationship. She meets with all her clients through a strengths-based and holistic lens, and from a place of compassion and empathy to facilitate healing and growth.
