I bring a deep commitment to respecting and celebrating the unique perspectives, cultural values,and stories you bring to therapy. My mission is to provide a sanctuary where you can be your full self without filtering, adapting, or assimilating. My therapeutic approach is holistic, client-centered, rooted in social justice, and grounded in principles of Black Psychology. Valuing connection and community, I use an integrative approach such as ACT, CBT, somatic and gestalt techniques,and existential inquiry.
