Peace and Blessings! As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to ending the stigma on mental health by educating and assisting my clients one step at a time. With over 7 years of clinical experience in the mental health field, I have been able to build my skillset in the areas of trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship conflict, and more! I work with clients who may be struggling with symptoms of anxiety, racing thoughts, grief, brain fog, depression, instability in emotions, past trauma, insomnia, relationship struggles, and navigating through the obstacles of life.
