James brings an eclectic mix and a systemic relational perspective in a style of therapy that he has created called systemic relational recovery therapy. He earned his Master;s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Additionally, James is a Certified Addiction Professional and a Transgender Care Therapist. James is a hypnotherapist and has studied under Dr. Douglas Flemons. James has studied under many pioneers of family therapy including but not limited to Dr. Salvador Minuchin, co-founder of structural family therapy.
