Human existence is about struggle.... but also, connection. Our feelings of isolation, anxiety, and grief can repress growth and lead to inaction. Struggle is an opportunity to be seized; a challenge we can either succumb to or learn from. Not because of the struggle itself, but because of the lessons it has to teach. This path isn’t meant to be walked alone. As a veteran who has traveled the world and worked with many people of various cultures, belief systems, and identities, I’ve learned that teamwork is an essential part of growth. Simply put, I view myself as a professional confidant and communicator. I focus on individual adult therapy with a focus on trauma, depression, and various expressions of anxiety- worry, anger, etc. Using evidenced-based trauma informed care we can discover how to build on your strengths to progress into a happier and more effective you. Knowledge and action are the tools that power development.
