I am passionate about working with individuals who choose to be the author of their own life - I believe my role is to help them hold the pen while they write the story. My goal in any therapeutic relationship is to be a sounding board for the various challenges someone is working through, and to remind them why they are capable of navigating those challenges successfully. I don’t aim to solve my client’s problems, instead I work with individuals who are trying to solve problems themselves, and need guidance in getting there.
