I am a Seminary trained clinical therapist. I am also a combat veteran and have experience serving in ministry abroad. I have a prior career before becoming a therapist, and have also worked about 12 years overseas. I have worked successfully with people from many backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and religious faiths. I have clinical experience working with clients struggling with a wide variety of mental health conditions and stressors including but not limited to trauma, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Because of my experience prior to becoming a therapist, I approach therapy with a practical and evidence based focus. I am trained in many clinical skills such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and EFT to name a few. My ministry experience and training allows me to integrate faith easily into therapy whenever clients believe it will be most beneficial.
