I am Jim Carr, my style of therapy is eclectic, but mainly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to help to you to overcome struggles that have kept you from enjoying your life. I have been mainly working with men and men's issues, but also work with couples. I am fairly eclectic in my approach. I am trained in a variety of modalities, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Trauma Focused CBT. I am also certified in DBT. I am supportive but also maintain firm boundaries. I want clients to know that they are accepted totally for who they are and accepting of their struggles.
