I believe that individuals have the capacity to understand and change the aspects of their lives that are unsatisfying. It is my belief that, oftentimes, individuals move through life operating on assumptions and expectations that may be out of their conscious awareness. Working through this "unfinished business" of one's past paves the way for more satisfying relationships and overall contentment in life. I work with adults, children, and adolescents. I provide individual, couples, and group psychotherapy services, as well as psychological assessment.
