My clients are challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic illness, and/or conflicted relationships. They seek to improve their communication with others, to have more confidence and clarity, and be free of shame and painful memories. After over 40 years counseling others, first as a pastoral minister and then as a psychotherapist since 2001, I've learned that empathic listening and non-judgmental support is the key to helping and healing.
