We all face struggles and challenges in life. When you are facing these you do not have to do this alone. If you are you stressed, sad, angry, or overwhelmed or if a particular life event left you struggling then you are at a place that specializes in helping you. You will be a part of a collaborative effort to bring about resolution of these challenges/struggles. Working together we will set Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-framed Goals. If you are seeking help with one or more of these issues then help is here for you. Let's build upon your strengths and work through the challenges. We will also address the issue of relapse prevention so that when bumps along the road come along (and we all have these) you have a plan on how to deal with them. Goals are a way forward.
