James has over five years of experience providing therapy services to adults, couples, and families to help them improve relationships, attain career satisfaction, enhance functioning, and promote connection and growth. James has a relational approach that draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy and other evidence-based practices. He thrives outdoors and previously ran a mental health Adventure Therapy program at Bright Quest Behavioral Health Center This program was designed to help others gain reparative experiences and overcome mental, physical, and psychological barriers
