I have a deep passion for working with adult individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, life transitions, conflict resolution, and unresolved trauma. I individualize my therapeutic approach for each client to provide support and guidance in helping them develop and meet their goals. I believe that successful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and understanding rooted in empathy. My approach is holistic where the therapist and client must not only explore what is going on in the mind, but also address the physical, social, and spiritual needs as well.
