Through therapy with me, you can expect a transformative and agenda-free space in which to explore, discover, grow and empower yourself. My approach to therapy is broad and inclusive. I have specific training in relationship counseling, depth (Jungian) psychology, and trauma healing. I often work with dreams, which can be extremely helpful "guides" in the therapeutic process. I also draw from somatic (body-based) and cognitive behavioral techniques. However, far more important than any particular modality or technique is what arises in the present moment interaction between you and me.
