My work is about helping people reconnect with themselves and rediscover what peace can look like in their lives. I create space for deep reflection, honest conversation, and meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating the weight of past experiences, managing stress, or moving through life transitions, our work together focuses on understanding, healing, and reclaiming peace—at your own pace and in your own way. I have worked closely with youth, families, and adults impacted by trauma and systemic barriers. My doctoral research explores how trauma and social systems affect the mental health of the Black community, deepening my commitment to culturally responsive care and transformative healing.
