In my practice, I help people overcome their personal obstacles to change and get unstuck. I see clients in CA, WI, FL, and MN for telehealth psychotherapy and maintain an office in Minnesota. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy with a special focus on chemical dependency. I have specialized training in Sexual Addiction (CSAT-Candidate), Accelerated Resolution Therapy, ADHD coaching and Wellness Coaching (Certified Wellness Coach).
