My wife and I are Licensed Clinical Social Workers and have been practicing clinical therapy for five years. A pillar of our 45-year journey together has been the experimentation and practice of mental, philosophical, spiritual, and evidence based curriculum for positive personal evolution. I believe we are our own experiments. To me, that is a primary function of therapy; identifying and experimenting with what does or does not work for improving the quality of life for ourselves and each varied individual. Being in my sixties allows me to draw on an abundance of experience with family, career, and social environments to draw from.
