I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or emotional overwhelm, often feeling stuck in cycles of self-criticism, overthinking, or emotional shutdown. They want a safe, collaborative space to explore their inner world, understand the different parts of themselves, and learn how to respond with curiosity and self-compassion. Their goals include building healthier coping skills, improving emotional regulation, reducing inner conflict, and feeling more balanced, grounded, and connected to themselves and others.
