As a License Professional Counselor, I have been in practice for 20 years. I have worked in public school sector and private practice working with children and adults. My goal is to help people identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in a judge-free environment. I believe therapy is a journey and a process to learn to look at any situation as a learning experience to help themselves and gain knowledge to help others in the future. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I always tell my clients that therapy is not about right or wrong but finding peace within themselves.
