Welcome! I have been working in various therapeutic settings with children, teens and adults for nearly a decade to help them overcome family, relational, school and life challenges so they can find more joy and grow as an individual. I have found that many people benefit from movement while engaging in therapy so I incorporate outdoor activities while using traditional therapy techniques. I have had extensive training and experience in outdoor recreation such as hiking, paddling, snowshoeing, and more which I now use to help my clients grow and heal in accessible locations within Middlesex County.
