In my many years of advanced study and clinical work I have developed a practical, solution-oriented approach to mental health treatment. I believe that no one treatment model or therapeutic approach works for everyone. My extensive experience and rigorous training have enabled me to integrate numerous approaches to tailor treatments to the needs of each client's unique experiences and circumstances. I blend numerous therapeutic models and approaches- or stick to just one- depending on the person I am working with and the goals they have for our work together.
