What I've learned: the key is developing the capacity to be present with difficulty without being destroyed by it. My approach integrates depth psychology with mindfulness practice. I became a certified meditation teacher through training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and have led a weekly mindfulness group for over three years.
