Internal struggles, relational issues, adjustments, anxiety, or other life challenges, may be our reason for seeking out counseling. Pursuing counseling is an excellent first step; you do not have to encounter life challenges on your own. My goal is to provide you with a safe space where you can vent, process, or discover, with no judgement. I hope to help you find the perfect skill or tool to utilize and work through this current moment, so that you may flourish into the best person you can be. I work with client ages 12 and up.
