The most important thing I do is listen to you—what is your story, what brings you to therapy? I try to bring humility and compassion to my work with all of my patients. I am also here to help when—or if—you want to change something. I hope to help you bring greater mindfulness to your situation and how it is affecting you. I do not have a rigid way of working with people—I am here to support you in a way that you find helpful. I have worked extensively with people experiencing loss, depression, anxiety, OCD, bereavement. I have found mindfulness to be very helpful for many people.
