Jus Lee Counseling Group has EVENING and WEEKEND appointments available both in office and Telehealth! My experience includes working with adults and teens to work through trauma, establish recovery, help develop coping skills, resiliency, and balance in their lives. I use evidence-based CBT, DBT, IFS and EMDR techniques which accelerate the brain's response to learning how to change negative beliefs to positive beliefs.
