In therapy, my style is to act as a Guide, not as an Expert. YOU are the expert on YOU! I believe that it is often problematic when others, (including Therapists), try to tell Clients what they should Think, Feel and Do. This is especially true, if they don't even really know you. My goal is to NEVER do this to YOU! I will always strive to give you the right to be yourself and to make your own choices, when YOU are ready! I will do my best to understand you and what is most important to you. I will support you in your efforts to be the person that you want to be and to have the life you want to live!
