Hello. I am a 2nd generation immigrant to the USA who has diverse experience living in major metropolitan as well as rural areas. I utilize my education and experience in therapy. I have worked with populations who are 5 years old and older in my professional career. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, suicidal/homicidal ideation, and many others. I primarily utilize CBT in my therapy sessions both individual and group therapy. I am bilingual in English and Korean. I hope to work with you to help you to bring out the best that you have for yourself.
