Hello, I’m James, and thank you for being here. Whether you are new to therapy or have been sitting on the therapy chaise lounge for years, welcome! First off, there is no "perfect" way to do therapy and there is no "perfect" way to be a client. Frustrating, I know - let's talk about it! I strive to make my practice safe, comfortable, individualized and resourceful. Another core tenant of my practice that I find equally important: your agency/choice. You are the brain in the body, after all, and I will do my best to collaborate with you for achieving your aims (General response time: 48-72 hrs).
