I have a deep passion for helping those who are suffering from substance use disorders as well as other addictive disorders. Through both a directive and nondirective therapeutic approach, I can help you realize how to identify generational trauma, current trauma, lack of connections, and maladaptive family systems, that so often lead to turning to substances or behaviors to aid in the alleviation of the symptoms of those traumas and attachment injuries. With a loving and secure connection, I can help you identify your goals, realize the steps needed to achieve those goals, and maintain long-term recovery in your life. Through motivational interviewing and a strong therapeutic connection, I can offer you a safe and non-judgmental space to face whatever situations, past or present, may be contributing to substance abuse, anxiety, relationship issues, co-dependency problems, or anything else that may be in the way of achieving your goals.
