Engaging in therapy can seem scary. Being vulnerable to a stranger is difficult. However, therapy has shown to be effective in treating mental health disorders. I will provide a safe, non-judgment environment to people of all ages who want to talk to a kind ear. I specialize in working with individuals of all ages who are impacted by severe and persistent mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder. I have gained expertise in interacting with people who are impacted by thought and mood disorders through working at a community mental health center.
