My style is integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and a person-centered approach. With a background in trauma-informed care, I specialize in helping clients process overwhelming emotions, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier patterns in their daily lives and relationships. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is nonjudgmental, supportive, and grounded in compassion.
