I am a trauma informed mental health provider who works with individuals who are feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted and in need of healing. I have done training in Somatic Experiencing which specializes in teaching clients to effectively regulate their nervous system to better manage effects of anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, trauma, PTSD, grief/loss and divorce.
