I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who helps clients navigate life’s challenges and find direction when they feel stuck. I am board certified in addictions psychology and have expertise in helping people change unwanted patterns and habits. I also have specialty training in treatments for trauma exposure and depression and I regularly work with clients looking to regain a sense of vitality after difficult experiences. Therapy with me is at collaborative journey, where a safe, supportive environment and effective tools help to reduce the impact of symptoms on your ability to engage in the aspects of life that matter most to you.
