Are you confused or frustrated about why you feel the way you do? Judging yourself for not being enough? Wondering why self awareness isn't enough to change? I work with adults and couples on issues related to developmental trauma, relational struggles, and anxiety and depression. Fear, shame and self-loathing that accompanies these issues can be crippling. I work to help you process your emotions and to pragmatically build healthier strategies. I help folks connect mind and body; which I believe creates real, sustainable change. Starting therapy can be daunting, anxiety provoking, and/or exciting. I will meet you wherever you are!
