With over eight years of experience, I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and personal values. My therapeutic approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic techniques, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) tailored to meet each client’s needs.
