I had my first panic attack in 2021 and was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder not long after. That led me to discover the importance of therapy and mental health work. I provide holistic mental health care that applies CBT techniques that are tailored to your specific needs. Whether you've seen many therapists or our session is your first, I will meet you where you are and work collaboratively with you to meet your goals. I have experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities as well as the LGBTQ+ population.
