We know ourselves through what we've survived and how we've prevailed. We accumulate invisible scars and wounds over time, and do our best to keep moving through heartbreak, betrayal, loss, and trauma. Often that pushing through can make us feel stuck, repeating the same patterns over and over. These are the universal human experiences that I work with every day: from facing a traumatic event or painful relationship, to figuring out how to move through high school to adulthood. I work with people who have experienced trauma and are struggling to navigate challenging transitions, and if you're ready, I'd like to work with you.
