My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate that process, helping you rediscover clarity, confidence, and direction. Meaningful counseling grows from a strong, trusting relationship between counselor and client. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to work toward the goals that matter most to you. Let’s move toward change—one step at a time, together. Drawing on my background in traditional psychology, adventure-based counseling, wilderness therapy, family systems work, and mindfulness, I help clients move through the places where they feel stuck and step into meaningful growth.
