As a therapist, I specialize in complex trauma work. My clients typically want to build safe and authentic relationships with themself and others. I understand how important it is to be seen and heard by your therapist; I work to meet you where you are and understand your life through your perspective. I want to assist you to use your innate strengths to meet your needs in an environment where you can be free to express yourself without fear of judgement. Through compassionate interventions and learning the language of your body, we can work together to help you meet your goals. My trauma focused graduate education and advanced trainings allow me to help you listen to your body, develop adaptive coping skills and regulate in times of distress.
