Do you feel like you are constantly at war with your body? Whether you are struggling with accepting its size/shape, traumas you have experienced, lack of motivation to care for yourself, your experience of gender, chronic illness, or discrimination based on your body, I am here to offer one path to make peace with and feel at home in your body. I work from a multicultural feminist and interpersonal process lens. This means two things: (1) I will collaborate with and empower you to find what’s true for you in a beautifully diverse and confusing world and (2) we will build a warm & genuine relationship as the container for healing.
