Hi, I’m Jamie! I'm a licensed professional counselor based in Springfield, MO. I provide therapy through a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens, helping individuals navigate emotional challenges with compassion and understanding! Additionally, I offer supervision for provisionally licensed therapists. My approach focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where people can heal, grow, and build stronger connections with themselves and others. Our sessions will focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating a space where you feel emotionally safe. From this foundation, we’ll work on being present with your emotions, learning to process and release them. Together, we’ll explore the reasons behind your safety-seeking patterns and move toward lasting healing.
