I work with kids, teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, managing big emotions, disordered eating, body dysmorphic disorder, trauma, low-self esteem, communication struggles and negative self talk. We work together to develop manageable goals to reduce symptoms and improve functioning for whatever has been tough and disrupting your life. Frequent goals of my client's are to increase self-awareness, learn self-compassion, increase ability to rationalize thoughts, improve body image and integrate body neutrality or body positivity into daily life.
