Giving yourself the gift of therapy is allowing yourself the opportunity to look deeply into your own heart. I believe we all have the ability to access our innate clarity and wisdom, and it is a unique honor to accompany you in the process. Having a background in mindfulness meditation and integrative health, I offer a holistic approach to mental wellness. I approach this work with curiosity and compassion, aiming to help you cultivate greater insight and self-healing. I have been practicing therapy since 2013, and utilize a variety of skills to assist clients in their goals. I am intensively trained in DBT and EMDR, two modalities helpful in building emotional resilience and processing traumatic experiences held in the body/mind.
