I am genuine with my clients, and prioritize developing a relationship in which they feel consistently supported and challenged. I have been practicing therapy for over 20 years, and work collaboratively with my clients to guide them to a better understanding of the presenting issue, to highlight their strengths and resources, and to help them to identify other ways of approaching complex problems. Psychotherapy can be the first step towards developing insight into our problems, allowing for symptom relief and for creating more possibilities for meaningful experiences in our lives.
