The journey of life is hard and no matter how hard we try, sometimes we need the support of another on that same journey. My dream has always been to offer Christian-based therapy that does not feel like therapy but instead like hope and healing. I love people, I love to laugh, and I love to do things differently. Along with experience in outpatient mental health, group work, and equine-assisted therapy, I spent 28 years in the public school system as a teacher and guidance counselor K-12. I enjoy working with both children and adults through an interactive, individualized approach in a private, comfortable, fun setting.
