I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image concerns, relationship issues, maternal mental health issues, and general life stressors. While I have extensive training in CBT and DBT, I utilize an integrative, flexible approach to help clients live more fulfilling lives, gain confidence, and build a life worth living. I work to increase self-awareness into the maladaptive thoughts that may be contributing to current symptoms and help manage challenges and achieve therapeutic goals.
