I offer strength-based, client-centered therapy for pre-teens to adults, facing various challenges and life circumstances, including anxiety, depression, negative self-image, grief, relationship struggles, ADHD, life transitions, college or work stressors, and experiences related to Autism. I am also dedicated to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to create a safe, supportive space where everyone feels valued and empowered to make positive life changes.
