Hi, I'm Jamie Harrison and I'm so glad you're here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and it is my great privilege to be able to walk alongside you as you work toward a better life. I know that it can be hard to reach out for help, especially to a stranger, but I hope to make the process as approachable as possible and to work with you to achieve your goals. I use an eclectic approach in therapy. This is a term that basically means I pull from a number of different evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches in order to find the one that works best with your unique personality and situation.
