I enjoy working with young adults through life transitions, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Through a relational lens, I work to create a collaborative space in session where we can explore the roots of the challenges you are experiencing together. I am here to assist as a guide in reconnecting with your authentic self, your values, and your intuition. I use an integrative approach to meet your individual needs by pulling from various modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Based Therapy.
